I’m Alicia Arrua Ortiz, Founder of Paper Planes Immigration Services. With a solid legal background and almost a decade of living and working in Spain, I’ve gained invaluable know-how in the relocation and immigration sector. Before launching Paper Planes, I supported hundreds of clients through their immigration journeys and came to understand how structure, clear communication, and empathy are key to delivering meaningful, effective support. I’ve decided to follow the signs life has placed in my path. I know it might sound cliché, but it’s true. As a child, I would ride my tricycle through the house, imagining I was traveling the world — a dream that only grew stronger. I never felt tied to one place. 

On Sundays, we’d listen to Facundo Cabral’s songs. His lyrics — “Don’t call me foreigner” and “I’m neither from here nor from there” — shaped my belief that borders are meant to be crossed.
